Processing Time
All items are made-to-order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production before shipping. During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • UK & Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note: These are estimates. Delivery delays due to customs, holidays, or local postal services are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Soulfuvibesinc, each product is custom-printed just for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

However, we are committed to your satisfaction. You are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is lost in transit

REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue (for damaged or incorrect items)
  • A short description of the problem

After reviewing your request, we will:

  • Approve a refund (processed back to your original payment method), OR
  • Send you a free replacement at no extra cost

Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

❗ NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders with incorrect size selection where the correct size was delivered
  • Items not reported within the 7-day window after delivery
  • Delays caused by third-party carriers once the item has shipped
